PARENTS – SCHOOL CLIMATE SURVEY
Parents/Guardians,
We want to hear about your experience with your student’s education. We invite you to participate in completing the School Climate Survey. This survey includes questions about your student’s learning, school safety, and interpersonal relationships, as well as your attitudes about the institutional environment and your personal involvement in school. Your responses will be very helpful in improving student relationships, learning conditions, and the overall school environment. Beginning today, February 9th and ending February 28th, we invite all parents, guardians, and caretakers to complete this survey for our school. The survey brief; it contains 21 questions and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. All your responses are completely anonymous. We have no way to connect you to your answers, and results will only be reported as group responses. There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to know about your personal experiences. You can take the survey online by using the following unique school link. Thank you.

MATH PROBLEM OF THE WEEK
Last week’s answer: We are still taking submissions for last week’s problem.
VALENTINE’S CANDY
Eddie is thinking about buying candy for his mom for Valentine's Day. His mom's favorite candy is sold in cute, little, individual boxes that are cubes and each edge measures 1.5". The candy is also sold in a large box that is 6" by 3" by 4.5". Eddie is trying to decide if he should buy a lot of individual boxes or one large box. He compares the volumes of the boxes and decides to get the individual ones. He buys as many as will fit into the large box. How many individually boxed candies did he buy?
Turn your answers in to the office. SHOW YOUR WORK. The correct answers will be put in a drawing for huge, tremendous prizes!
