LIFE AT THE LOCKE … Issue #37 2020-2021 FINAL EDITION!! June 13, 2021 Dear Parents/Guardians, Staff, and Students, Final thoughts … During these extraordinary times and with little notice, we had to create a virtual, hybrid, and full-time learning environment for our students. We will certainly never forget this school year. I want to thank our staff for all of their efforts in providing our students with new ways of learning. It wasn’t always easy or perfect, but we all tried to do our best for the benefit of our students. Also, thank you to parents and guardians for assuming “home schooling” roles and supporting our staff and your children. Lastly, thank you to our students whose resiliency was on display every day. We made it! I wish you a happy, healthy summer with many days of learning. We will all be back in the fall and hopefully, we will be back to business as usual. See you then.
