Dear Parents/Guardians, Staff, and Students,
We eased into the new year with a short 2-day week. We are back this week with 5 DAYS OF LEARNING !!  It looks like a fun, exciting week at the Locke. Let’s see what’s happening …

AFTER SCHOOL THIS WEEK
HW Club and late buses will resume on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week.  
AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Winter activities will begin the week of January 27th. The winter flyer will be sent home with students next week. It will be sent by email also.
SHAWSHEEN TECH AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Shawsheen tech program for 7th graders begins this week on Tuesday and Thursday. Students will board the bus in the teacher’s parking lot at dismissal. If you have any questions, please contact Shawsheen.
HONOR ROLL – TRIMESTER 1
Congratulations to all students for their accomplishment of achieving high honors or honors for the 1st trimester. The criteria for honor roll is:
High Honor Roll = 90% or higher overall grade in all Trimester 1 subjects (core classes, electives, PE, Band/Chor/Orch, reading, world language)
Honor Roll = 80% or higher in all Trimester1 subjects

Attendance is an important part of overall student success. If your child is going to be absent, please call 978-528-8650 to report the absence.
