Mr. Garas has made a prediction for the final score of the Super Bowl. The Patriots total points are the square root of a 4 digit number whose digits add up to 9 and three of the digits are the same. The Rams total points are the cube root of a 5 digit number whose digits are all different and add up to 27. What is the final score?
