DAY 91/PROGRESS REPORTS
Trimester 2B begins on Monday, January 28th. Students, please check your schedules. Progress reports for core classes will be published on Thursday, January 31st. Please sign and return the progress report envelope.
AFTER SCHOOL THIS WEEK
HW Club and late buses will continue on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week.
AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

PATRIOTS DAY
Friday, February 1st is Patriots Day. Wear your Patriots gear and show your spirit as the Pats go for another Super Bowl win!
SCHOOL DANCE
We will have a school dance on Friday, February 1st at the Marshall Middle School from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. Tickets are $5 and will be on sale during lunch this week. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
SCIENCE FAIR – A BIG SUCCESS!
We had an extremely successful science fair on Friday. Thank you to Ms. Sane, Ms. Parker, and the 8th grade staff for their hard work putting together this year’s event. Congratulations to our students for their outstanding projects this year. See pictures on our twitter feed.
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
A reminder to parents and students regarding dismissals:
  • Students should have a note indicating who is dismissing the student and the time.
  • The note should be brought to the office in the morning and students will receive a dismissal pass.
  • Students report to the office at the indicated time to be dismissed.
  • Parents will need to show identification to dismiss students. Thank you.

SPRING ATHLETICS – BMHS
8th grade students are eligible for girls softball and girls lacrosse. Please register ASAP because the online registration triggers the Athletic Trainer to start confirming the necessary documentation for each athlete to be ready for tryouts on day 1.  There is no cost to get the online registration complete.  The items the trainer needs to have are an up-to-date physical and a concussion certificate from both the student and parent (done only once a year). 
February 25th-March 1, 2019   Team Meetings “Players only”
·         Teams will have their own individual meeting. 
·         Coaches will use the Café to meet with their team.

March 11- Deadline for Registration, Physicals, and Payments
March 12- Marshall Middle Auditorium “Parent Info Night” Players and 1 parent MUST attend
March 18-First Day of Tryouts
March 20- at 6:30 pm Marshall Middle Auditorium “Winter Sports Awards Night”
April 6-Team Picture Day –planning for the early morning 7:30-9:30
