Congratulations to all students for their accomplishment of achieving high honors or honors for the 1st trimester. Please see the complete list of students on our website:
 I-READY and MAP MID-YEAR ASSESSMENT
The i-ready (6th and 7th grade) and the MAP (8th grade) mid-year assessment will be given during the month of January. Each team will determine their own schedule for testing. A reminder to students to do their best work on this assessment as we utilize the data as one of many factors to determine placement for next year.

MATH PROBLEM OF THE WEEK
Last week’s answer: 440 seconds
More fun with 2019
Consider all 365 dates of 2019 expressed in the form MM-DD-YY, where MM, DD and YY represent the two-digit month, two-digit day and two-digit year, respectively. For how many of these dates is the sequence MM, DD, YY an arithmetic sequence? (meaning there is constant difference between the numbers, Ex. 11-15-19)
Turn answers into the main office.
PTO CORNER
Next restaurant night tomorrow, January 14, at Royal Tavern. Please join us from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You must present either a physical or digital copy of the attached flyer (physical fliers were distributed last week). See you there!
