  LIFE AT THE LOCKE … Issue #39 2021-2022 June 20­, 2022­ FINAL EDITION!! Dear Parents/Guardians, Staff, and Students, Final Thoughts …  We are completing a remarkable year at the Locke Middle School. It was another unique year that presented many challenges to learning. I want to thank our families, students, and staff for demonstrating resiliency and perseverance throughout the school year. We talk about those two words and try to define them to our students. These last two-plus years have shown us all what they really mean. At the end of this school year, we started to return to some sense of “normal” with presentations, assemblies, field trips, and field day. We will be back in the fall and hopefully, we will be back to business as usual. I wish you all a happy, healthy summer with many days of learning. See you in the fall.
